Can I get a refund in case of lesson cancellation?
We offer full refunds for cancellations made at least 5 days before class; after that, penalties apply.
What happens to ski lessons in case of bad weather?
In case of extreme weather conditions, lessons may be rescheduled or refunded.

Where is the ski school located?
Our main meeting point is at the start of the Celerina ovets, but we can meet at any ski area in the Engadine according to customer preference.

Yes, helmets are mandatory for children and highly recommended for adults.
Is insurance required to participate in ski lessons?
We strongly recommend that you have insurance to cover any accidents or damages during sports activities.
