BENG Ski School – Cancellation Policy

1. Booking & Payment
   Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your lesson.

2. Cancellation Notice
   All cancellations must be submitted in writing (email or WhatsApp) and are valid only once you receive our written confirmation.

3. Refund Schedule

• More than 30 days before the lesson date: 100% refund

• Between 30 and 7 days before the lesson date: 50% refund

• Less than 7 days before the lesson date or no-show: No refund

4. Medical Exceptions
   A 100% refund will be granted if you are unable to attend due to illness or injury and provide a valid Swiss medical certificate before the scheduled lesson.

5. Weather & Safety
   Lessons take place in all weather conditions. If BENG cancels due to lift closures or unsafe conditions, you may choose a full refund or rescheduling.

6. Late Arrivals
   Lessons end at the scheduled time. Time lost due to late arrival is non-refundable.
